We know that having to stay at home for this long period of time has been difficult for many of us. But the community has been showing not only how resilient we are, but how we have used this time to help others; whether that’s delivering supplies to a family member or neighbor or volunteering to work in the community.

    I’ve learned that during this quarantine that I can quarantine by doing what’s best for me and not feeling stressed to follow social media’s ideas of quarantining. I’m not learning a new language or skill. I’m drinking wine while doing yoga in my pjs cause no one can see me.
